Josh has over 15 years of experience in digital, helping lead growth for startups to global agencies and consultancies. The last decade has been heavily focused on driving adoption of digital commerce and reimagined customer experience for some of the world’s largest brands and retailers. His focus area is to drive results for the retail merchants through new transformational commerce experiences, optimization of their current technology investments and the implementation of new strategies and tactics to deliver engaging experiences regardless of channel.

From a technology perspective, he brings on board a deep experience and strong acumen in Salesforce, Adobe, SAP, BigCommerce and other leading digital marking & commerce platforms – but always with an approach of the solution driving the technology, not the other way around.
